Truffle Dinner at Ruse

This year, we are proud to host an exclusive event 'One-Night-Only Ruse Truffle Dinner', to be held on Wednesday 10th of August. The evening of truffle treats will be dished up by Head Chef Jay Rao, featuring a 4-course menu inspired by the Blue Mountain winter truffle. These will be paired with locally sourced produce, followed by a selection of beautiful wines from Barossa, Burgundy and Toscany hand-picked from our cellar to be matched with each course.
