This year, we are proud to host an exclusive event 'One-Night-Only Ruse Truffle Dinner', to be held on Wednesday 10th of August. The evening of truffle treats will be dished up by Head Chef Jay Rao featuring 4-course menu, inspiring with Blue Mountain winter truffle, and pairing with locally sourced produce, following by a selection of beautiful wines from Barossa, Burgundy and Toscany hand-picked from our cellar to be matched with each course.
